Production management

Position Description：

1. Be responsible for the construction and management of the companys rules and regulations, production site management, etc; 2. To control and coordinate the personnel management and various production activities of the production department in all aspects; 3. Be responsible for the capacity analysis of the production line, and ensure the rationality of the production plan; 4. Issue production plans and tasks, arrange and control production progress; 5. Follow up the production situation, product demand and production process, and complete the production objectives on time; 6. Timely reflect the abnormalities in production, and timely track the problems found; 7. Participate in the planning and implementation of improving efficiency and product quality; 8. Carry out safety production education for employees.

Job requirements：

1. More than three years of production management experience; 2. Be familiar with the operation process of process documents, and have good communication, organization and coordination ability.
