    Injection molding process

    1. Feeding: plastic materials are generally made into granular objects in advance during plastic processing. During injection molding, these particles are added to the hopper of the injection molding machine, and then heated and stirred under the action of the plunger or screw.

    2. Plasticizing: The process of plasticizing is actually the process of adding a heating mixture and then reassembling and compacting the plastic particles. In this process, the plastic particles will change from one powder or granular solid to a continuous and sublime melt.

    3. Filling: When the plastic raw materials are almost plasticized, we can fill these melts into a mold under pressure, and the plastic raw materials will form a specific shape in the mold.

    4. Cooling: After a period of heating and pressure maintaining measures, the basic conditions for the molding of plastic raw materials have been reached. At this time, we can solidify them by cooling to form a plastic product in a stable state.

    5. Demoulding: The molded plastic products are still in the mold, so we need to demould them from the mold. In order to demould smoothly, we generally need to add special release agent to the plastic raw materials.
